Yerba Mate
Of the Holly family, Yerba Mate is an amazing antioxidant packed herb from South America. Kept in a pot or put in full sun, the leaves can be collected and dried for tea as an alternative to coffee. The leaves' bitterness is determined by the quaity of the soil; nitrogen rich topsoils offer milder taste.
